Despatch Information

In-stock items will be despatched either the same day that you place your order or the next working day.

Order acknowledgement receipt will automatically be emailed to you.  Please print and keep this for future reference. 

If you place your order in the morning (UK time) we will normally despatch your goods on the same working day. If you place your order in the afternoon or evening we will normally despatch your goods the following working day. If you place your order between Friday afternoon and Sunday, we will normally despatch your goods on Monday.

Delivery Date – special requests

If you require delivery by a specific deadline date, please inform us by filling in the relevent section on your order form or via email, in order for us to allocate the relevant postage cost to your order.

If we cannot meet your deadline date we will give you the option to cancel, so long as your order has not already been despatched and you make your special request within 24 hours of placing your order.

Out of Stock Items

If a large order has been made for a particular product and have put the item out of stock then you will not be charged for the transaction.  

If we have to order the product from the manufacturer we will send you regular updates via e-mail on the status of your order, and will provide you with an expected delivery date as soon as we can.

We will not charge your credit/debit card until the day we despatch your order.

UK Consumer Protection Regulations

You have the right to cancel your order at any time.

You must do so in writing by e-mail or fax.

If your order has already been despatched to you, you may reject the goods even if they are not faulty, by sending us notification by e-mail or fax within 8 working days of receiving the goods. If you do this, you will then have two options: - either, return the goods to us immediately ; or make them available for us to collect during working hours. You must tell us in writing which of these two options you wish to choose. If you want us to collect, then please also telephone to make mutually convenient arrangements.

In the meantime you must look after the goods and keep them safe, including the original packing in which they should be returned, unused.

If goods which are rejected are not faulty, the cost of returning them to us is borne by the customer. This also applies if we have to collect them, in which case we will deduct our costs from your refund.

If you decide to arrange the return then please send us your proof of postage by letter, together with your original order acknowledgement. This will enable us to trace them if they are delayed or lost in transit. Please keep a copy of these documents.

We will re-credit your payment card as soon as the goods are received back by us.

The regulations above are intended to give customers the chance to change their minds about purchasing and using goods which they have not seen before ordering. It is not intended to give customers the opportunity to test goods. Once an item is used it cannot be rejected, unless it is faulty.

Delivery costs include packaging and insurance. 

Delivery costs are based on the total order value (excluding VAT). They are shown in the tables below.  Costs are added to your shopping cart listing after you specify the delivery country for your order.

VAT (Value Added Tax)

The advertised RRP (recommended retail price) includes VAT (15%) which is charged to UK and EU customers.  For sales to customers in other parts of the World this is discounted from the products price.  

Our individual product description pages show prices both with and without VAT.
